I bought a male Pomeranian that was health certified, but one month later, my vet discovered that one of his testicles was not descended. The health certificate only mentioned a small open fontanelle. Do I have any recourse to get my money back or a replacement puppy from the breeder if the dog now only has one testicle, especially since I intended to breed him and there was no contract signed?

I have been a district manager for 1 year 12 months at HRG. On Monday, Nov 18, I gave my two-week notice. I also have my employment letter that states I accrue vacation at the rate of 2 weeks per year. I have 78 hours of vacation time accrued. After I gave my notice, I was told that I would be required to work in two locations as a manager for my remaining two weeks. One is 1.5 hours away, the other 45+ minutes away. I declined and asked to finish the week and then take one week of vacation. I was told no. Today, my salary should have been deposited into my bank account, but it was not. I was also told to turn in my iPhone that I paid $300 for since they paid the phone bill. They also still owe me for the 2 days I worked this past week. What are my rights or do I have any?

I had a business from 2011 to 2012 that primarily served Medicaid patients. Medicaid did not pay me properly, leading to the closure of my business. I am still trying to collect the unpaid amounts, which total around $20,000. The state Medicaid director mentioned that other companies might have been paid instead of mine. What legal recourse do I have, and is there a time limit on these unpaid transports?

We donated a boat to a non-profit organization for their youth programs. After completing the necessary steps, including a professional survey, the organization agreed to accept the boat and scheduled the transfer. However, after the transfer was completed and the title and keys were handed over, the organization discovered a mechanical issue and refused to take the boat. What are our options and responsibilities in this situation?

He has broken off their friendship, sent derogatory messages, threatened her, and signed her up for events under her name with defamatory remarks. The police and local courthouse have said they can't help unless he physically harms her. What legal actions can she take to protect herself and her reputation?

An autistic, nonverbal 16-year-old boy with unpredictable explosive tantrums, including aggression, property destruction, disregard for others, and self-harm, is causing disruptions in the school setting. The school is willing to pay for residential treatment, but the parent refuses. When can the school determine that there is no educational benefit in continuing the current educational setting and that it may be detrimental to the child's well-being?
