I bought a plot for my burial in a cemetery in West Palm Beach, Florida. The cemetery resold my plot without my knowledge or permission, even after sending me a certificate of ownership. They initially claimed there was a body in my plot, then later said it was sold to someone else. I have been dealing with this issue for two years and want to know my rights, including whether there is a formula for pain and suffering or mental anguish in Florida.

I saw a psychotherapist for ten years due to an abusive and traumatic childhood. After terminating therapy, I discovered she published a 'fictional' novel containing scenarios from my personal history. While she didn't use my name, I'm disturbed that she used my trauma for her own gain. Do I have any private legal recourse or any recourse at all?
