I bought a TV on 9/22/12 from Video Only in Portland, OR. I called on 11/03/12 to request an exchange due to issues with sharing the TV. The manager refused, suggesting I move or sell the TV. The store's 30-day refund policy allows for a full refund or exchange within 30 days for factory-sealed units, and an exchange credit for opened-box units in as-new condition. I have the receipt and all original packaging. Do I have any options?
