In Indiana, if the amount of wages and vacation pay owed by the employer is over $6,000, do you still have to file a wage claim form, or can you sue the employer in superior court? Are there any precedent cases?

How can I force Central Lakes College to allow me to see my tests/discussion posts? The student rights and responsibility handbook states that I have the right to see anything used to set my grade, but my teacher will not allow me to see my tests. I have contacted the administration and filed a student concern form, but neither of these will give the result I want: to see my tests. I realize the teacher hides things to try to hide his lack of integrity and intelligence, so do I have to petition the court?
