What type of letter could be sent to the parents of a teenage girl who continues to harass, bully, and emotionally torture my daughter, especially on social media, despite being told she would not be allowed back in school unless she sought treatment for her emotional issues? Should I send a cease and desist letter via an attorney, or is there another legal action that could be taken?

How can I force Central Lakes College to allow me to see my tests/discussion posts?
