I bought an eBay gift card and put $200 on it. I have the receipt from Dollar General in West Point NE. When I tried to check my balance on ebay.com/ebaygiftcard using the 13-digit redemption code, I received a message saying 'Oops, we can't find a gift card with that number. Please check your 13-digit code and try again.' I tried again and got the same message. What should I do?
