I have several inquiries regarding a contract for software as a service (SaaS) agreement with a governmental entity in Jordan. The Jordanian procurement law shall be followed. Specifically, I want to know: 1) If following the Jordanian procurement law implies that the seller doesn't have the right to add any clauses to the contract provided by the buyer (government entity); 2) If it's our right to make a termination clause reciprocal when the government entity's clause allows termination for cause and at convenience; 3) Whether a SaaS contract is considered a services contract or supplier contract and if it is subject to any maintenance bonds.

I need an attorney for 3 civil service hearings in a couple of months. The hearings are related to appeals for slander, defamation, and other issues from a prior job at SCI Forest in PA DOC. I have already been granted these hearings, with 2 against individual prisons and 1 against the entire PA DOC. Additionally, if the civil service hearings do not work, I plan to sue the institution. How can I find, vet, consult with, and possibly hire the right attorney for these matters?
