I have a durable power of attorney and need to add additional pages. The original package had 15 pages, we only notarized the first four pages, and an agency is asking for additional eleven pages. The principal is not mentally competent to initial or sign additional pages. How do I, as the appointed POA, get this done? Do I need to start from scratch?

I am filing a complaint against a therapist who provided a report to the court without my consent and disclosure. Should I argue that he never received my consent, provide a copy of his confidentiality agreement stating he will not participate in court proceedings, and note that he lied on the report? Additionally, should I argue that he had no circumstances fitting the criteria to provide a report to the opposing party?

I live in a rented two-story townhouse in Hermitage, TN, and have recently been diagnosed with Osteo Penia and a form of rheumatoid arthritis, which makes navigating stairs and getting out of the shower difficult. I have fallen down the stairs multiple times and my doctor has recommended moving to a single-story residence. Is there anything in the Americans With Disabilities Act or contract law that would help me terminate my lease without paying penalties for early termination?
