I co-signed an auto loan with a friend who is now unable to make payments. If I give up the car, will it affect my credit score, and are there other consequences outside of a lowered credit score?

In a tenant vs. landlord situation involving a flea infestation, can I provide vet records in court if the landlord is aware of the issue but has not effectively resolved it? The landlord brought in pest control but did not treat the yard, and the infestation persists, causing health issues for my dog and myself. I've exhausted all efforts to resolve this, including going to housing authorities and community action groups, and now I'm seeking to terminate the lease due to the landlord's breach of the warranty of habitability.

I went to see a new doctor today and was asked to sign a 'LIFETIME Authorization' form that allows any holder of my medical information to release it to XXX and its agents without a revocation option. I refused to sign it and was told I could not be seen without signing. I asked for a less general authorization with a limited timeframe or a right to revoke, but was denied. Is it legal for them to require this, and what options do I have?

My wife was hired by a Texas company and was in a 90-day probation period. She was doing well and received positive feedback from management. However, after making a comment on a Facebook post about not being included in a team outing, she was terminated on the 75th day of her probation. We suspect this was retaliation for her comment. Is this a valid concern, and what legal options might we have?
