When I was at work, the drug task force kicked down my door and executed a search warrant for a person who doesn't even live here. They were told by an informant that the person in question lived here and was her home address. The warrant stated that my address was this woman's primary address. What should I do?

I went to see a new doctor today and was asked to sign a 'LIFETIME Authorization' form that allows any holder of my medical information to release it to XXX and its agents without a revocation option. I refused to sign it and was told I could not be seen without signing. I asked for a less general authorization with a limited timeframe or a right to revoke, but was denied. Is it legal for them to require this, and what options do I have?

My wife was hired by a Texas company and was in a 90-day probation period. She was doing well and received positive feedback from management. However, after making a comment on a Facebook post about not being included in a team outing, she was terminated on the 75th day of her probation. We suspect this was retaliation for her comment. Is this a valid concern, and what legal options might we have?

I purchased a camper top from a Pennsylvania company, which shipped it to me in California. Upon unpacking, I found damage. I was initially given a verbal agreement to repair the damage, but the company's insurance claim was denied, and they are now disputing the repair cost. Additionally, other issues with the camper have emerged, and the company's response was to either resolve these issues themselves or return the camper at my expense. I would like to know my legal standing, as I purchased a new item but received a damaged one, and more issues are surfacing. I have had the camper for 17 days. What steps should I take, and where should I file a complaint—California or Pennsylvania? Is the shipping company or the provider responsible for the damage? Is the cost of suing worth the potential warranty issues, and can the provider deny further claims due to the shipping damage?

Is it professionally acceptable for a manager to respond to an employee's paragraph about a situation with red-lined edits within the paragraph, and if not, what steps can be taken to address this behavior?

I have a ticket from 2011 for speeding and no license that has been sent to collections. The ticket was issued in a small town far from where I live, and I missed the court date due to my mother being terminally ill with cancer and me being her caretaker. They still have a warrant for me and a hold on my license. What motion can I file in Nevada to get it pulled out of collections, possibly reduce the ticket, and clear the warrant and license hold?
