I have someone who owes me money and won't answer my calls. I am in Colorado and have already tried calling and messaging him, but he hasn't replied. He agreed to pay me back but it's been over 24 hours since he said he would. I'm looking into small claims court to resolve this. How much would I have to pay for this to get resolved?

I was overcharged $1600 in posting errors by ActBlue and $3000 was charged as recurring donations when I intended them to be one-time only. Will I ever get my $4600 back? I tried to resolve this with ActBlue but have not heard back from them. Deposits were donations to the Democratic Party. I have used ActBlue in prior years without issues, but there are many similar complaints on scamguard. Is there anything else I should be aware of?

I am a former law clerk for a retired lawyer who discarded several winnable cases, including a major HIPAA violation at the MN Stillwater prison where 1200 inmates' files were sold by a nurse without consent. The case was approved for a civil class action. I have recovered the file and spoken with 40+ inmates willing to sign a new retainer agreement if I can find a firm to help.
