I discovered that I've been overpaying my rent by $100 for the last 8 months and my landlord never corrected me. What are my rights? Can I ask for a deduction in rent to make up for what was overpaid or can I ask to be reimbursed in a lump sum?

I took my cat, Snowy, to Brevard Spay and Neuter for a teeth exam. During the exam, the vet mentioned she might have cancer or a virus and could be treated. Later, at a different vet, Snowy was put under anesthesia with a full stomach without prior blood work. The vet called to say she had a virus and wanted to euthanize her immediately. I later found out she was euthanized before they called me. I believe they killed my cat without proper procedure and covered it up. What are my rights?
