I took my cat, Snowy, to Brevard Spay and Neuter for a teeth exam. During the exam, the vet mentioned she might have cancer or a virus and could be treated. Later, at a different vet, Snowy was put under anesthesia with a full stomach without prior blood work. The vet called to say she had a virus and wanted to euthanize her immediately. I later found out she was euthanized before they called me. I believe they killed my cat without proper procedure and covered it up. What are my rights?

A collection agency has added a comment to my credit report stating that I am disputing the account, which is time-barred as the statute of limitations has expired. I need to have this comment removed to obtain a loan to purchase a home. The credit reporting agencies say it can only be removed by the collector. How do I accomplish this and ensure the SOL is not restarted?

I leased a new Acura car in Florida. Two days after leasing it, the dealership called to say they made a mistake in the math and the payment should be $369 instead of the $322 stated in the contract. They want me to return the car or sign a new contract for the higher amount. What are my rights?
