In 2017, I subscribed to an online trading platform called Tor Option and discovered they might be scammers. I did not get a refund of my investment. In September 2020, I received an email from Everpact Consulting saying they recovered my funds. They asked me to pay a fee to transfer my recovered BTC to my wallet before converting it to fiat currency. How did Everpact know about my trading account with Tor Option and the balance in Euro and BTC, and should I pay the fee?

I went to court contesting a will and told the judge I want to drop the case, but my daughter, who is also contesting the will, wants to continue. What should I do? After a parent's death, the sibling in charge of the parent's living will sent a text giving me permission to do what I want with the parent's truck. I sold the truck, had the original title, and the truck was not in probate. Now, the sibling has filed for a title after the truck was sold and is threatening to report the truck stolen if I don’t return it. I also took care of picking up the truck from police custody and the cremation cost. I don’t feel any of this is right. What state are you in? What steps have you taken so far?
