I filed an appeal against a decision made in an administrative hearing (Department of Human Services) for terminating my eligibility. I lost that appeal but discovered fraud and fraudulent documents used in the appellee's exhibits. What should I do now? Should I motion the court to dismiss the judgment on fraud, appeal all over, make a separate claim, or take it to federal court? What is the best option for a pro se litigant?
