I filed in court asking the judge to order the clerk of court to correct their files and online records. There are two cases that say I owe money on them, when in fact they were dismissed at states exp. I have the courts dismissal papers. And one case that they say I owe money on which I have receipt showing this case was paid in full. Then a couple years later they tacked on $1072 as fines, but when I tell them all fines were paid, they say it is for jail fees. My sentencing papers do not mention paying jail fees. The judge has set a date for a hearing on this matter. What would be the best way to plead my case?

I voluntarily returned my RV to the bank after notifying them, as I was never late on payments but lost my partner who was making most of the payments. Now, after two years, I received a letter stating they are taking action against me. I make roughly $13,000 a year, live in a senior home, and was told in California they couldn't pursue me due to my age (72) and income. What can I do to resolve this problem, especially since they sold the RV for around $80,000 and left me owing around $40,000 plus interest?

I noticed an inquiry on my credit report from Wheels Financial, indicating someone used my name and SSN to apply for a bank loan, which was approved and the money sent to an account not under my name. I contacted Wheels Financial and the bank, both of which confirmed the fraud. Wheels Financial did not verify the application properly and approved the loan despite discrepancies. I requested them to close the account and correct my credit report, but they asked for a police report first. I am currently traveling and noticed this through an internet check. How should I deal with Wheels Financial to correct the incorrect information on my credit report immediately, and should I request loan debt verification? How can I make them fix the problem they've created?

My father owns mineral rights to land in Ohio and receives royalty payments from a gas company. Is there a way to transfer the rights to me either before or after he dies? Also, is there a way to check and verify that the gas well company is paying him the correct amount and percentage they are supposed to?

I received a letter from PCH Publishers Clearing House stating I won their lottery grand prize of $2.600,000.00. The letter was sent from Canada with two free long distance numbers to contact for arranging the deposit of the cash in my bank. There was no return address on the envelope, and the letter was signed by Mr. Andrew Goldberg, President, CEO of PCH. I have not responded to the letter but am asking if this letter is likely a fraud?
