I got court in two days for my cousin throwing some trash on a dirt road, and I was in a different county when this happened. A cop found trash with a piece of mail with my name on it, but I had no knowledge of my cousin's actions. Does this seem right to you since I had nothing to do with it, and I'm the one who has to go to court with a potential $1000 fine?

I bought an eBay gift card for $200, but when I scratched it to reveal the code, there was none. I tried peeling it, but still no code. The card appears to be defective. How can I get a replacement card or a refund without incurring additional costs?

My sister wants to take me to court over my dog. She purchased the dog in 2012 but I have been taking care of and paying for all of the dog’s needs since 2015. She only has paperwork for the purchase of the dog that was done in Bolivia. All the registrations in the US are under my name. Can she take the dog away from me?

I was terminated today, and they accused me of stealing but refused to specify what I allegedly stole. Since I am salaried and worked 3 shifts on this payroll, do they have to tell me what they are accusing me of stealing, and do they have to pay me for the shifts I worked?
