Can the manager of a HUD Housing Complex ban my caregiver from the entire building? I am a white woman in an all-black community, and the manager is a black man who is very prejudiced. He has already written me up twice over nonsense, threatened me by calling me 'stupid, stupid and dumb,' and asked if I knew what he could do to me. One more write-up and he can kick me out. He also keeps trying to enter my apartment without any notice, claiming this is government property and he can come in anytime. I am also a Licensed Real Estate Agent and have managed several apartment buildings.

I didn't pay anything and they paid everything with their own cash. She asked me not to say anything to anyone, and I may be losing my job as she has been giving me less work and pushing job offers to apply to other positions within the company.

I have been married for the past few years. Although we live in the same house, my spouse has not been providing financially for years, has been having sexual relations with other women, and purposely will not work to help with the bills and support our son. Recently, he claimed to have won money by playing a game online and gave me 8k out of 17500. I found out he lied and actually received 100k from his father's death. He still will not work or pay the bills, pretending he has no money (hiding 80k) and trying to have me pay all the bills. He gets verbally abusive if I ask about money. He owes me from years of not paying any money for our son and living here not contributing to the bills and other financial responsibilities. Can I take him to court and sue him for money?
