I have been married for the past few years. Although we live in the same house, my spouse has not been providing financially for years, has been having sexual relations with other women, and purposely will not work to help with the bills and support our son. Recently, he claimed to have won money by playing a game online and gave me 8k out of 17500. I found out he lied and actually received 100k from his father's death. He still will not work or pay the bills, pretending he has no money (hiding 80k) and trying to have me pay all the bills. He gets verbally abusive if I ask about money. He owes me from years of not paying any money for our son and living here not contributing to the bills and other financial responsibilities. Can I take him to court and sue him for money?

Mondo Tunes LLC owes me $8421, which was supposed to be paid on Oct 14, 2017, but they never paid. I am in Vancouver, British Columbia, but Mondo Tunes is located in California. I am trying to go to Small Claim Court in Newport, CA. Can I go to court directly or do I have to go to a mediator first? Additionally, if the company is doing business under at least 5 names, do I need to fill in the form SC-100 for all of these names or just one of them?

I purchased products from Joann's Online for a total of $154.34, but they shipped the items in two separate shipments and charged me an additional $94.34 for the second shipment, which was already included in the initial charge. Both charges are pending, and my funds are being held, causing potential overdraft issues.
