I got into an accident on September 6, 2013, where a lady hit me from behind. My bumper came apart, and I called the police. However, I was focused on my crying 4-year-old daughter and forgot to get the other party's information or take pictures. The officer gave me a report number but later said no report was filed. I called the officer multiple times without a reply. Finally, he told me to contact my insurance company. I don't want to claim my insurance since it wasn't my fault. Is there any way to obtain information about the other party?

I won a lawsuit against a clothing company for fraud and received a monetary judgment. I recently discovered that the company's owner's brother has been selling the company's inventory on eBay for the past three years. Is it possible to file a lawsuit against the brother to collect money from him for selling the inventory? Also, is there a time limit to file the lawsuit (statute of limitations)?

Hi, I recently went to the dollar tree in Gilroy CA, bought 2 things, I swiped my card and after I walked out the cashier somehow got 50 dollars cash back for himself because I know I would have remembered doing so. I reported it to the bank and then this morning I called the store to verify if I had gotten cash back, because there is the 1 percent chance something else happened, and they are claiming now that there are now no cameras in the cashier area. I make decent money, so it doesn't make sense why I would go through all of this for 50 dollars and now they have given me the run around. You can't leave a message at their corporate office because the mailbox is full and I waited for what seemed to be hours on the phone waiting for someone to help me but all I heard was waiting music...I now want a settlement of 15,000 dollars from them because of the theft and their negligence to even supervise their own employees. What do you think?
