I got pulled over on 12/31/11 at gunpoint because the police thought I had a wanted man in my car. After questioning, I was arrested for driving on a suspended license in the 2nd degree. I later found out the person lives out of state with his mom. How can they charge me for this? Additionally, my lawyer missed my court date due to giving me the wrong time, and now I have a warrant for my arrest. Why do I have to pay $2,500 or a bail bond for a bond, and how can this be resolved?

The charge for driving on a suspended license can be valid if the traffic stop was legally justified...
