I had 3 DUI's in the 1990's, the last in 1998, and no one will accept my application with over 2 in a lifetime. I am 61 and have had a CDL over 40 years. Is there any way to stop or at least not show my DUI in 1994 on DMV background checks in Michigan? If I had 1 or 2, J&B Hunt would hire me today.

I took my ex-girlfriend to court for two Harley bikes that we bought together. She has the bikes hidden and won't give me my bike. Both bikes are behind in payments and in repossession with Harley. I took her to small claims court in Delaware, but the judge said it's an equity action and I need to file in a different court. What court do I need to file in, where do I need to file, and is it very costly?

I would like to know about child safety restraints on a school bus. Specifically, I am concerned about the bus company teaching children how to remove their seat belts, which has led to students taking off their belts. Is there a specific law or regulation regarding this practice?

A towing company tried to repossess my vehicle while I and my children were in it, causing substantial damage and a collision. The police did a report but said they couldn't charge him. Was this legal, and what kind of lawyer do I need to obtain?

I’m a 5th year student in dental school unable to graduate due to insufficient patient opportunities to meet clinical requirements. The dean won't sign off on my licensing exam, and I’m not getting enough opportunities in the clinics. What legal action can I take, and how do I get a lawyer to press the dean to better accommodate me, and what will it cost if I'm in Washington DC?

While at work, an employee made a false statement about me, alleging that I sold her narcotics. This led to a positive drug test, which was due to my doctor's prescription. As a result, I believe a hostile work environment has been created. What are my legal options in New Jersey, and what should be my first step in this process?
