I had a conversation with the executive director and head of human resources, and I did not like the questions they asked me, such as whether I told a team member I quit, called an LPN to tell her I was fired, why I talked to her, and the timeline of my interactions at the facility. They didn't seem concerned with the issue at hand. Do you recommend I talk to them without legal counsel?
