My husband was placed on a 72-hour hold due to an episode. He has been doing rehab work and has calmed down significantly, with a plan for self-care upon release. However, the hospital is telling him he is depressed and needs to stay another 72 hours, or they will keep him on a court order for up to 90 days. They are not providing proper counseling, and he has not had a chance to discuss his feelings with the doctor. Additionally, the hospital transferred him to a lower-rated facility in Louisville, far from our home in Estes Park, Colorado. What are his rights, and what can be done to address this situation?

I have a subpoena from North Carolina that needs to be registered in Alabama. I have registered all the orders in Alabama with the county the Defendant lived in. Halfway through the trial, he moved to another county in Alabama, and now neither county will register the subpoena because there is a case in the other county. How can I get the subpoena filed by the Alabama court if neither place will file it because the Defendant doesn't live in the county or there is another case open?
