I have a subpoena from North Carolina that needs to be registered in Alabama. I have registered all the orders in Alabama with the county the Defendant lived in. Halfway through the trial, he moved to another county in Alabama, and now neither county will register the subpoena because there is a case in the other county. How can I get the subpoena filed by the Alabama court if neither place will file it because the Defendant doesn't live in the county or there is another case open?

I was given an ultimatum by my employer to either accept a new job assignment with a pay cut or be terminated. I was hired as a housekeeper and have been fulfilling my duties for almost a year, including rearranging schedules and canceling appointments for the company. The new assignment would require me to work a third shift from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. doing laundry, mopping floors, and cleaning wheelchairs, which conflicts with my responsibilities as a caregiver for my autistic grandson. I believe this is unfair and want to file a claim against my former employer. Where do I stand legally?

I applied for TSA Precheck several months ago and have had no trouble going through TSA recheck. However, on March 21, I was told that my TSA number was not on my boarding pass at Myrtle Beach airport in South Carolina. I want to confirm my TSA number.

I recently had my dog's leg amputated due to bone cancer, and I believe the veterinary care provided was a case of malpractice. Could you advise steps to bring suit against the people who have put me and my service animal through complete hell?

Would I be able to sue an employee at my job for going to HR and giving false allegations about me, and can I sue just to have them retract the allegations without necessary money compensation?
