I rent a condo in Massachusetts. The fixed-term lease I have with my tenant expired two years ago. I did not renew the lease and let the tenant continue living there, paying rent. Do the clauses and restrictions in the original fixed-term lease still apply, such as no pets allowed?

In 2012, I financed two vehicles from Nissan in my business name with me as a guarantor. In December 2016, I sold the company to my partner, keeping the vehicles but not changing their names. Last month, my partner sold the company and dissolved the corporation. I have since lost almost everything, including two other vehicles that were repossessed. What would happen if I let these two vehicles go? Will the lenders go after my ex-partner or just me since the corporate entity has been dissolved and closed?
