I had an on-the-job injury 22 years ago and have been approved for both worker's compensation and social security disability. Both organizations have inconsistently over or underpaid me over the years. Currently, SSA has determined they overpaid me by about $300k due to not deducting the worker's comp offset, leading to a 10-year suspension of payments. OWCP is also currently deducting for an unspecified reason. I found a relevant paragraph, FECA 8113, that might apply to my situation. I am a former federal employee and was in a SES candidate development program at the time of my injury. I am seeking advice on how to handle this situation and recommendations for an attorney specializing in OWCP, FECA, and SSA.

I saw a psychotherapist for ten years due to an abusive and traumatic childhood. After terminating therapy, I discovered she published a 'fictional' novel containing scenarios from my personal history. While she didn't use my name, I'm disturbed that she used my trauma for her own gain. Do I have any private legal recourse or any recourse at all?
