I had applied for a home equity line of credit at my bank and was informed that there was a judgment against me. Upon researching, I discovered a judgment filed against me in 2004 that I was not aware of or had forgotten about. The corporation that was awarded the judgment was dissolved in 2009. How do I go about clearing this?
