I had fraud on my card the weekend of 10/17. The card was canceled, and I was told I would be reimbursed and sent a new card. After waiting 21 days, I called back and was on hold for 1 hour and 30 minutes. I received a new card after a second attempt, but it has a zero balance. I am frustrated with the company's lack of follow-through and long hold times. What can I do to resolve this issue?
