I had two U-Boxes with U-Haul that I had been paying on every month. I found out on 9/22 that on July 20th, they released my U-Boxes to someone I didn't authorize. The general manager assured me my U-Boxes were safe, but they were released to a moving company without my permission. I want to sue U-Haul for fraud, negligence, and breach of trust. What type of attorney should I hire for this situation?

We live on five acres in the forest outside of Boise. Our neighbor has multiple dogs that bark incessantly for 10-20 minutes to even hours on end. Over a year ago we addressed it peacefully, asking if he could help alleviate the noise. He was cordial and said he was getting bark collars. This past 4th of July, it was happening for over an hour, a text was sent, and he erupted with anger and hostility. He kept demanding I 'come the f*** up to talk about it' and I said he doesn't need to get 'sh*tty' to which he said 'you think this is sh*tty, you haven't seen sh*tty yet'. I asked what he would do if someone talked to him the way he was talking to me and he said he would 'punch them in their f*cking face'. He later apologized and said he wanted peace. Fast forward to now, we have chickens that our kids raise for eggs, and two of the chicks turned out to be roosters. They started crowing two weeks ago, so we listed them for free on craigslist. He messaged us about the roosters cordially but with a facetious tone. He then called and I told him our plan to get rid of them but then I mentioned how we had done the same recently and he was very rude. He changed tones and got angry, then said if we didn't get rid of the roosters he would start doing things that would annoy us. He hung up and the next time the rooster crowed he discharged his firearm rapidly, multiple times. While I was traveling for work, my wife was getting our kids in the car at 7:15am where he could see them. The rooster crowed and he emptied his entire clip on his property. My 5 year old daughter cried, thinking her and my wife were being shot at. A day later at 6pm, he's shooting, honking his car horn, and revving his engine. We have notified the sheriff to get it on record and they stated we could address it with him directly, they could talk to him, or cite him for disturbing the peace. What other legal grounds do we have to handle this problem? He has displayed unstable and unpredictable behavior and my wife is now afraid to be home alone. Thank you!
