What are the implications and options for a daughter whose deceased father's house, the sole asset in a reverse mortgage, is going into pre-foreclosure in Texas? The house is worth significantly more than the mortgage, and the foreclosure paperwork states that the sale will be subject to the initiation of a probate proceeding of debtors or any person who claims a legal or equitable interest in the property.

I am the only living member of my dad's band and have been receiving royalties from SoundExchange, which were sent by Universal Music Group. However, I was informed that Pandora is no longer sending royalties to Universal Music Group, and I am not receiving my rightful royalties from Pandora. How can I get the royalties from Pandora, and what legal steps should I take to ensure I receive what I am owed?

I filed an appeal for a civil case where I won on the court reporter fee, but the judge denied it. The appellate court dismissed my tax cost appeal without prejudice and wiped out the entire judgment to zero. The appellate clerk issued a Remititur stating 'Costs are not awarded in this proceeding,' which contradicts the appellate judges' order. The clerk also entered a judgment of zero for all costs, overriding the jury verdict and trial court's ruling on tax costs. Should I file a complaint because the clerk misinterpreted the order? Where do I start? What should I do from here? Can someone explain what this meant?
