I am the only living member of my dad's band and have been receiving royalties from SoundExchange, which were sent by Universal Music Group. However, I was informed that Pandora is no longer sending royalties to Universal Music Group, and I am not receiving my rightful royalties from Pandora. How can I get the royalties from Pandora, and what legal steps should I take to ensure I receive what I am owed?

I filed an appeal for a civil case where I won on the court reporter fee, but the judge denied it. The appellate court dismissed my tax cost appeal without prejudice and wiped out the entire judgment to zero. The appellate clerk issued a Remititur stating 'Costs are not awarded in this proceeding,' which contradicts the appellate judges' order. The clerk also entered a judgment of zero for all costs, overriding the jury verdict and trial court's ruling on tax costs. Should I file a complaint because the clerk misinterpreted the order? Where do I start? What should I do from here? Can someone explain what this meant?

I am looking for an attorney who specializes in HIPAA compliance issues. My stepchildren's mother accessed my MDLive account without authorization, viewing my personal health information (PHI). I believe there is a compliance issue with MDLive for failing to confirm her identity before allowing access. I need to know if I have a case against MDLive and if I can file a case against her for obtaining this information without my consent.
