I have 3 tickets from 2005 that went into warrant status due to non-payment. One warrant covered 2 tickets (DAR & Speeding), and the other covered the third ticket (No Proof of Auto Insurance). On 6/25/10, I paid the cash bail to quash the warrants, and I have court on 7/13 to answer these tickets. I want to admit fault because I am guilty. What kind of sentence can I expect for these misdemeanors, and is it possible to avoid jail time by being honest with the judge, apologizing, and providing documentation of my employment, living situation, and character references?
