I have a 2018 Polaris RZR Turbo S that is only in my name. My ex-boyfriend has not financed it in his name as agreed, and his inconsistent payments are affecting my ability to purchase a home. I have given him a deadline to transfer the financing, but he has not complied. Can I legally retrieve the vehicle since it's only in my name, and do I need a court order or a sheriff escort to do so?
