I have a housing execution for 12/10 granted after filing an Audita Querela. The landlord has since decided to allow me to stay if the owed amount is paid. I've made some payments and the landlord has accepted them. What should I do to stop the execution date and ensure the landlord cannot evict me without restarting the process?
