I have a lawsuit that was dismissed without prejudice. I was told that I need a proposed order before I file a new complaint. Would the proposed order consist of what was in the last hearing? To reopen my dismissed lawsuit, do I need to motion the court along with the proposed order? What should be included in the proposed order?

If I put the wrong start date for my Medicare and wanted it to start 4 months earlier, am I entitled to that money? I am in Texas, and I have already written, faxed, and gone in person to the SSA, but they have not corrected the issue. I did not receive my first check yet, and I received a letter stating that June 2022 was my start date, while I wanted it to be February 2022.

I'm at the Lemuel Shattuck DMH on a 7&8 commitment that ends August 3. They say a law requires me to go to a Group Home and not my family. I never heard of such a law. What state are you in? It matters because laws vary by location. Mass. What steps have you taken so far? None, I'm not going to take a voluntary commitment. Is there anything else the Lawyer should know before I connect you? Rest assured that they'll be able to help you. I got two good evaluations that I did very well in then. Dr. Mac Millen said I wasn't entitled to see them. That's a lie. Two lies already is lying to a patient considered malpractice.

I had an incident with Target where a cashier called me a 'bitch' because I politely asked her to double bag my 2 bottles of bleach and place my food items in a separate bag. Target offered me a $25.00 gift certificate, which I refused. Can Target be sued for their unprofessional and non-responsible behavior?
