I need to file a subpoena in Pennsylvania, Cumberland County for a California Civil case. I am looking for the most expeditious way. I am wondering if a California or Pennsylvania subpoena is better. I need to subpoena claims records from Bader Insurance about Public Storage, Hayward, LLC, and their security. What steps should I take and which state's subpoena form should I use?
