I have a very small LLC registered in Colorado that recently received a collection notice dating back to 2011. I don't have resources to pay it. Can they come after me or my family's personal assets? How can I protect myself from them 'piercing the corporate veil'? What is the best way to make it clear to them that the business and I are separate entities? Should I close my business, and if so, how should I proceed with the collection notices? Is there a way to get them to stop without filing bankruptcy? Would filing bankruptcy on my business help, and if so, how would it affect my personal security?

I am a Chinese citizen married to an American citizen in Arizona. Our marriage lasted from June 3, 2016, until he initiated divorce proceedings while I was in China. My green card application was self-withdrawn due to issues with my earlier school papers, and I am currently in Canada. I would like to know the legal implications of the divorce on my future green card applications, my ability to travel to the US, potential compensation I can seek, and how my husband can proceed with the divorce while I am in Canada. Additionally, I want to understand if I can sue the agency that made a mistake on my visa paperwork in 2012, which led to the 212 E requirement and ultimately affected my green card application and my marriage.
