I have a purchase offer on my condo property in Boulder, CO. In the contract to buy, there is a request for Owner's Association Documents. When I contacted my management company (RealManage), they told me they cannot tell me the cost for providing that documentation; that they will include the cost as part of my closing. How do I know that they won't charge some exorbitant amount if I don't know ahead of time what their charge will be? My real estate agent says he has never seen something like this, in his 25 years in the business, and I am flummoxed.
