I have a serious discrimination lawsuit against USTA, filed pro bono on 7/17/2017 in NYC. I was discriminated against on 8/29/2016 at the US Open Tennis after being hired by AJ Squared Security. I received a termination letter from the Dallas Housing Authority and want to challenge that decision. I have documentation showing that the authority allows its employees to live on federal-funded property in violation of federal guidelines. After showing these documents to residents, the manager called the police on me and subsequently issued a termination letter. What steps should I take to challenge this decision, and what forms do I need to file in state court in Dallas, Texas?

My boyfriend may have fathered a child 15 years ago. He was not married to the mother and another man signed the birth certificate. If my boyfriend took a DNA test and it came back as his child, would that void the legal rights of the man who signed the birth certificate? If the mother decides to file child support, what options does he have to fight it? He doesn’t have a lot of money and supports other four children. He has not spoken to this woman since she told him she had the baby 15 years ago as she lived out of state and told another man he was the father.

Can alimony be garnished or funds where it is deposited be levied in NJ? I heard child support can't be garnished, pension income or Social Security Disability but I have never read anything about alimony. Also, what would be the max percent for a garnishment if it is allowed? My ex was found to be forging my name during divorce, but I just found out while applying for a mortgage that there are 3 judgements against me that I had no idea about or they would have been part of the divorce, since they were prior to divorce filing. Is a judgement the same as a judgement lien if you owned nothing and still don't thanks to ex losing house through bankruptcy? How do you tell if it is a lien?
