I received a termination letter from the Dallas Housing Authority and want to challenge that decision. I have documentation showing that the authority allows its employees to live on federal-funded property in violation of federal guidelines. After showing these documents to residents, the manager called the police on me and subsequently issued a termination letter. What steps should I take to challenge this decision, and what forms do I need to file in state court in Dallas, Texas?

Can alimony be garnished or funds where it is deposited be levied in NJ? I heard child support can't be garnished, pension income or Social Security Disability but I have never read anything about alimony. Also, what would be the max percent for a garnishment if it is allowed? My ex was found to be forging my name during divorce, but I just found out while applying for a mortgage that there are 3 judgements against me that I had no idea about or they would have been part of the divorce, since they were prior to divorce filing. Is a judgement the same as a judgement lien if you owned nothing and still don't thanks to ex losing house through bankruptcy? How do you tell if it is a lien?

Last year, I was hit by a woman with no license or insurance. The police say I went through a yield sign, but on paper, she was going well over 60 mph because she flipped me over and destroyed my car. Now, she's suing me, and I live in my father's house, which I'm trying to protect as the guardian. I'm black, and she's white. I looked both ways, but she came flying out of nowhere and hit me on the right side door in the back in Wisconsin. What steps can I take to fight this, as I had insurance and followed the law, but the cops say I was at fault?
