I have a signed contract with a Canadian business owner for the sale of my business for $30K through Flippa.com. The buyer has put the $30K in escrow but now wants to re-negotiate for less than 50% or walk away from the deal, claiming high warranty claims and online reputation issues. What are my options to enforce the contract as is, and is it worth the trouble considering potential international legal complexities?

I am renting a single-family home in Albany, California, and my landlord frequently visits the property unannounced, often with threatening behavior. He claims he doesn't need permission to be outside the home, even though I rent the entire property. He has also terminated my lease without just cause and is starting the eviction process. I was injured in a car accident as a passenger and obtained an attorney. The first attorney didn’t respond to my calls for three months, so I obtained a second attorney. Recently, the first attorney contacted me because my case with the insurance company has been settled and they received the payment. The second attorney instructed me not to contact the first attorney and ordered an expensive medical test, which I had to pay for. Now, I have no reimbursement for my medical and transportation costs, and I still can't walk a block due to pain. Am I able to file a suit against both attorneys for malpractice?

If a website has rules and policies that say by signing up, you agree to the rules and policies, does that legally pertain to me? I was under the impression that I needed to sign a document stating that I understand the rules and policies and agree to them. The company can’t and will not provide me with the signed agreement. Their website glitched resulting in me losing $240 and they will not refund me. Additionally, I was using a betting site where the website glitched and placed multiple bets without my confirmation. I contacted support immediately, but they refuse to acknowledge the issue and hold me liable for the bets. They provided me with a link to an adjudication service, but the email is invalid, and they won’t give me any other contact information. What can I do?

We got dog sitters through Rover.com and due to their negligence, our dog is dead. We left the dog and ran to the airport. They called and told us that our dog ran from their yard, was hit by a car, and died. This happened 1 or 2 hours after we left it. Did you have any written agreement or contract with the dog sitters regarding their responsibilities and liability? Is there anything else the Lawyer should know before I connect you? Rest assured that they'll be able to help you. I will answer every question they ask me.
