We got dog sitters through Rover.com and due to their negligence, our dog is dead. We left the dog and ran to the airport. They called and told us that our dog ran from their yard, was hit by a car, and died. This happened 1 or 2 hours after we left it. I had a fight with my ex-girlfriend in 2021 after discovering her infidelity, which led to her falsely accusing me of kidnapping and holding her against her will. I paid nearly $20,000.00 to the franchise Affordable Dental and Implants in Lake Charles, Louisiana. After 8 months and 12 hours of surgery, the snap-in dentures did not fit properly, causing pain and issues. One post came out completely, and the lower denture's snap part detached. I moved to Houston, Texas, and a dentist there fixed the issues in 5 minutes, advising me to start over. I cannot afford to do so. I want to sue for damages, pain, and inadequate work. Can I sue the national franchise or just the local office?
