I have a signed court order with regards to a property settlement agreement. I received the money specified in the agreement but do not want to leave my children and home, which was another condition of the agreement. The agreement was signed under duress due to time constraints and financial obligations. How can I remain in my home with my children and possibly renegotiate parts of the agreement now that I have the money?

I based my charges to a particular group of people on a number published online by the city of New York, as required by city rules. However, it seems that number was incorrect. Who is responsible for the charges made using that false number?

1) I purchased a photo from Shark Reef Aquarium at Mandalay Bay hotel in Las Vegas on July 18th. The staff promised to email me the digital copy, but I never received it. I do not have the receipt and do not remember if they gave me one. What should I do if they do not have the copy anymore when I return to ask them? Is it a common practice in Las Vegas to not fulfill promises if people are less likely to return with a receipt? 2) When my girlfriend requested internet service from CenturyLink in Henderson, NV, they asked for her SSN, which she did not have, so we used mine instead. CenturyLink sent us three modems, and I returned two in person at a store in Sunset Station. However, CenturyLink and the store claim they did not receive them and still sent us a bill in my girlfriend's name. Why did they send us modems despite the SSN issue? How could two modems disappear? If I find or do not find the receipt, what should I do? Is it possible that it is fraud to send more modems to the same place and charge for not receiving them in the chance that someone loses their receipt after a few weeks?
