I am removing my husband's name from our joint checking account at our credit union. I reinstated our line of credit under my name. I have a 2-page report from the coroner's office of his death certificate. The first page details his death and personal information, while the second page is an autopsy report detailing the cause of death. The credit union wants both pages. Do I have to legally provide them with the second page to keep the account, which was a joint account with him as the primary holder? I believe this is private information and not necessary. Please advise.

I need to respond to a motion to quash service from Carson City, Nevada justice court. The defendant is the president of a company registered in Carson City, Nevada, but resides in Alberta, Canada. I initially filed a claim against him, but the court date revealed that the served address was not his residential address. I now need to serve the defendant according to the Hague convention. Additionally, I want to amend my case to name the company (Converde Energy USA Inc.) as the defendant since it is registered in Nevada, even though its physical address is in Canada. Should I ignore the motion to quash service, or should I amend my complaint and seek cooperation from the defendant's attorney?

I have a California civil case on Monday involving a Case Management Hearing and a Demurrer on Demurrer to my complaint. I missed the deadline to file a written objection to the demurrer and thought my oral argument would suffice. How can I request an extension to file my objection, and should I attend the hearing in person or remotely?
