I have a spinal condition that prevents me from sitting, standing, and walking for more than 5 minutes at a time, making it impossible for me to work. I have an appointment for a nerve block, but there is no cure for my condition, and treatments may or may not work, and if they do, they may only provide temporary relief. Is it possible for me to get disability, and what do I need to do to start?

I took out a business credit card for my church, with the Pastor responsible for repaying it. The card was maxed out, and the interest rate increased significantly, making payments unaffordable. The Pastor's name appears on the account as an authorized user, and I have documented proof of all purchases. The card was approved with my credit but does not appear on my personal credit reports. I need to know how to protect myself legally, ensure the Pastor is held responsible for the debt, and avoid the credit card company coming after my personal assets. Should I consider a trust?
