I took out a business credit card for my church, with the Pastor responsible for repaying it. The card was maxed out, and the interest rate increased significantly, making payments unaffordable. The Pastor's name appears on the account as an authorized user, and I have documented proof of all purchases. The card was approved with my credit but does not appear on my personal credit reports. I need to know how to protect myself legally, ensure the Pastor is held responsible for the debt, and avoid the credit card company coming after my personal assets. Should I consider a trust?

I need help preparing a presentation to the Massachusetts Board of Appeal for my mother's hearing to get her driver's license back. Her license was revoked due to an immediate medical threat, but she now has a letter from her doctor and a medical clearance form stating she can drive again. Her doctor is from Hartford, CT, as she recently moved back to Massachusetts and hasn't found a new doctor yet. What other documents should I take besides hospital records, police reports, and driving records?

We live in Minnesota and my son was shot and has no medical insurance. He was released from the hospital and needed assistance while he recovered at home. I hired a personal care assistant (PCA) to assist with my son's care while at home. Does the PCA have to be licensed or have a certificate to be eligible for me to get reimbursement?
