I have a trucking company putting a failed drug test on my DAC report. At the time, I did not have a Class A license or even work for them. I was attending their driving school and failed a drug test, which I believe was a false positive because I don't use any type of drugs. The doctor did not ask me about kidney stones and problems I have or about any over-the-counter drugs I was taking. Is there anything I can do to get this off my DAC report, especially since I got my Class A license two months after this happened, so my DAC report should have started when I got my license, not before?

As a physician practicing in Alaska, I encountered resistance from a technician and an administrator regarding my order for a standard plain x-ray procedure on a patient with a long-standing sacral pressure sore. The technician and administrator refused to carry out the order, citing the lack of scanning capabilities and suggesting an MRI or nuclear med study instead. I am seeking clarification on the legal obligation of the hospital to carry out my medical orders and how to address this situation.

My ex-girlfriend is threatening to call my work and falsely accuse me of being a child molester if I don't send her money. She also claims to have text messages where I admit to looking at child pornography, but there is no real evidence. What should I do, and what legal actions can she take against me?
