How do I set up a new occupational medicine clinic for an oilfield company where I have been hired as the medical provider? I am a Nurse Practitioner with a supervising physician, and my EMR is in my company name LLC. I am hired on a salary basis through the oilfield company to perform fit for duty physical exams, drug and alcohol screening, work-related injuries, and minor walk-in clinic services for employees only. The company has approximately 500-600 employees and is based in Oklahoma. I want to ensure that I have my ducks in a row should OSHA or any other governing entity want to come through the company for a review or visit.

A company is asking me to participate in a trial for a content role on their live social media channel as part of the interview process. Since it is on their live channel, I am concerned about being asked to work for them for free. They mentioned not to worry about making any product sales because they are moving on to other products. What is the procedure when I have not been called for my second round of fingerprints for work? I have been working with ORR office of refugee resettlement as a youth care unit leader for the past 8 years. Now I signed the hiring papers, passed the interview, got offered the 2nd shift position, and did my FBI fingerprints. However, I have not been called for the state fingerprints for TX, which ORR requires for hiring. I have called and they keep saying to wait with no communication or updates. Is there something I can do?
