We carry USA-based insurance for our St Paul condo in MN, which includes US$300,000 personal liability cover, and we have a car insured with US$500,000 personal liability. Our insurance cover includes me as a named driver and accepts my foreign driver's license. Can we hold a joint Umbrella Insurance policy, and is there any issue with me being a non-American citizen or resident?
